Smolka Construction has operated throughout northern Utah for over 25 years. We are very familiar with the area and have many connections with local businesses as well as an intimate knowledge of building homes in Utah. We have a reputation for getting things done right the first time, and for creating a no-hassle, stress-free experience for our customers. Our business is unique in the Salt Lake area. We are family owned: president Joe Smolka operates on site, manages bidding and project financials, and also provides expertise in all aspects of the project. Nephews Jeremy and Jeff serve as foremans over jobs. This accounts for our many return customers, and the fact that many of our sub-contractors choose us when they need work done, including two architects' offices and an architect's home, among others. Our subs are trustworthy, and we make sure they provide the services promised.
