Reeve's Journal Feature
This Emigration Canyon home was featured with Smolka Construction on the cover of Reeve’s Journal in 2004 for it’s radiant heated flooring. Also of note is the home’s wide hanging 10′ soffit and fascia, as seen in the unsupported extended roof line on the right (see photo below).
