Custom & Finishing
Smolka Construction has been a long term contractor for this home in Emigration Canyon and has helped through several additions. They have constructed a detached aviary in back of the home, built a custom theater in the basement (rebuilding some of the foundation in the process), and completed all the finishing work inside and out of the home, including doors, casing, base, window framing, and window finishing. The Smolka’s have also recently added a 700 gallon salt water custom aquarium complete with light, ventilation, and water filtration, heating, and cooling.
